Prizes for the man and woman that wears the most pinktastic outfit will be given out. Tickets are on sale now for $20 at the Clubhouse Activities Office. Residents can get a free ticket to this event by attending a seminar on October 7 (includes a free meal as well). TEA FOR TATAS Attention ladies of Lake Ashton! Bring your favorite tea cups, pots, and all the pink decorations that you can find to decorate a table (or we can decorate for you) to show support for breast cancer awareness at the Tea for Tatas Tea Party on October 20 at 12 pm in the Clubhouse Ballroom. PARTY IN PINK Join the fight against breast cancer and enjoy a Dueling Piano show, just like Howl at the Moon, on October 14 at 7 pm. Enjoy a mixer bar (bring your own alcohol), nonalcoholic drinks, and an all pink snack bar — all included in the ticket price of $20! Be sure to bring cash to get your favorite message put on the mirrors or your favorite song played. The Dueling Piano performers will be donating a portion of their tips to the LALGA Pink Ribbon Golf Tournament. Memory flowers, shoelaces, pink ribbons, and water bottles (fill it with your own alcohol and stop by the mixer bar) will also be sold. Everyone (men and women) are encouraged to wear all pink but don't let that stop you. If you do not own anything pink just come as you are and enjoy a great night out! A memory table will be available to display pictures of those that lost their battle. HFC HONOR WALL Reserve a spot on the honor wall to honor those who fought breast cancer, those who are currently fighting breast cancer, and remember those loved ones who have passed. This is free.
