2026 CITY OF LAKE WALES COMMISSION ELECTION Voting for all Lake Ashton residents who live in Lake Wales will take place in the Clubhouse Ballroom April 7 from 7 am to 7 pm. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ELECTIONS In 2026, there are three seats up for election on the Lake Ashton Community Development District (LW) Board of Supervisors and two seats up for election on the Lake Ashton II Community Development District (WH) Board of Supervisors. Candidates must qualify with the Polk County Supervisor of Elections located at 70 Florida Citrus Blvd., Winter Haven, Florida 33880, 863-534-5888 starting June 8 through noon on June 12. All candidates shall qualify for individual seats in accordance with Section 99.061, Florida Statutes, and must also be a “qualified elector” of the District, as defined in Section 190.003, Florida Statutes. A “qualified elector” is any person at least 18 years of age who is a citizen of the United States, a legal resident of the State of Florida and of the District, and who is registered to vote with the Polk County Supervisor of Elections. Campaigns shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 106, Florida Statutes. Contact the Polk County Supervisor of Elections for more information. CLUBHOUSE ART WALL By Shelley Brodka We have some amazing artists, photographers, glass and craft designers in Lake Ashton, and we hang their art on the hallway wall of the Clubhouse. Each month a new artist’s work is featured and is hung for a month for you to enjoy. We now have openings for the Clubhouse Art Wall in September 2027 and MayDecember 2028. You can do a solo showing or enlist some friends!
