(Advocate photos by Tara Vocino) EHS Class of 2022 President Shawn Shiek, who plans to attend Princeton University to major in neuroscience, and Class Vice President Nicholas Pereira, who plans to attend Salem State University to major in performing arts, led the procession during Saturday’s Everett High School graduation at Everett Veterans Memorial Stadium. Class Salutatorian Breetika Maharjan and Class Valedictorian Emma Santos, who both earned a 4.96 grade point average. Class Treasurer Tommy Cubas. Members of the Everett High School A Capella Choir performed the “Star Spangled Banner” by Francis Scott Key. Graduates Alyssa Hurley, Pretima Khadka and Lakisha Kirnon took a selfi e to celebrate their achievements on and off the athletic fi eld. The stadium stands were packed with family and friends during the EHS Class of 2022 Commencement Exercises.
