You generously volunteering your time helped give hundreds of pounds of fresh produce to those who would otherwise go without. July Farmer’s Market Schedule: 7/6 - Cavanaugh 7/13 - Wesley 7/20 - Wesley 7/27 - Cavanaugh We will be providing lunch to the vendors at Farmer’s Market again this year on July 27th. We will need plenty of hands on this day as we will also be sorting and delivering that day as well. More details to come in the next couple of weeks. Community Garden Update: Due to the weather we have suffered over the last couple of months we missed our window to plant the watermelon for summer. A fall crop of turnips will not be planted in late August or early September with an estimated harvest month of late October or early November. Wesley UMC Newsletter July 2019
