Everyone is encouraged to attend. The Morning Glories will meet on Tuesday, August 20 in the Rock House at 10:00 a.m. Wanda Clark will give the Devotional, Doris Cruce will present the Program, and Etta Jensen and Wanda Karnes will be the hostesses for the Salad Potluck Luncheon that will follow the Program and Business Session. Any person is welcome to join us for information about the work of the United Methodist throughout the world. Evening Stars will not meet in August. Regular monthly meetings will resume in September. In July we welcomed our new accompanist, Deborah and her husband, Daniel to Wesley. We are thrilled to have both with us. We had a little congregation participation during Children’s Time. We are collecting Best Choice Labels to increase our checking account so we can, again, be able to give to Mission Projects. There will be a Brown envelope on the bulletin board outside the church office and a Brown envelope on the UMW bulletin board in the Educational Building - we would appreciate your help.
