Heke Completion of a diploma provides a pathway to the knowledge and skills of a particular job or career at entry level. It introduces you to a field of study which could lead to a variety of career pathways and prepares you for further study. Poutuarongo Completion of a bachelor degree demonstrates that you should have the skills and knowledge to enter into a particular job or career within a certain body of knowledge. Poutāhū For holders of an existing degree, the completion of a postgraduate diploma allows you to enter a different field of work or progress to another role within your sector which could be at a higher level. It demonstrates you have evidence of advanced knowledge in a particular specialist area.
