PREP ARA TOR Y SCHOOL The Boat Enrichment Programme The extra breadth we are able to offer through the unique Boat Enrichment Programme has enabled many children to discover new areas of study to inspire and ignite their curiosity. Whether arguing fundamental philosophical ideas, learning a new language, delving deep into history, constructing engineering solutions to practical problems or enjoying web design or robotics - children have responded brilliantly to the new challenges they have faced. The programme name alludes to the idea that our pupils are on a journey, one which sees them sailing to new adventures and experiences; learning new skills and developing new interests on the way. “I like 11+ Boat because I enjoy learning exam techniques.” “I have enjoyed learning how to use Weebly and PowerPoint to create an app.” “The Boat Programme is one of my favourite things in school.
