Crawford, Haynie team up to win BREC tourney Marc Crawford and Scott Haynie won the championship flight of the BREC Harry Neese Memorial Championship on Nov. 2 at Historic City Park Golf Course in Baton Rouge, La. The duo shot 5-under-par for the victory, which was two shots better than Rex Cochran and Jack Terry. Coming in third at 2-under-par were the teams of Mitch Evans/Griff Campbell and Frank Schroeder/Mike Johnson. In the first flight, Kurt Bailey and David Hoffman were victorious at 2-under-par. Cornell Christophe and Robb Campbell also shot 2-under-par and came in second place. The one-day event consisted of 27 holes (first nine were a scramble, second nine were best-ball and third nine was a modified alternate-shot format).
