If you received a new credit card or a payment fails because the billing information you have provided doesn't match the billing information on record with your bank, you have to re-enter your credit card details.
2. Click on your display name at the top right-hand corner of the page and click on ACCOUNT & SETTINGS.
3. Click under ORGANIZATIONS on the account/organization for which you want to change your credit card details.
4. Click on MY PLAN / UPGRADE.
5. Click on CHANGE CARD.
6. You will be redirected to Gate2Shop to enter your credit card details securely.
To ensure that your card can be charged successfully, it is important that the credit card details you provide matches the billing information on record with your bank.
The cardholder field should only contain the first and last name of the cardholder when possible. Omit middle initials, middle names, and business names (unless the business name is the sole name on the card).
The postal code field should contains only the first five digits if you are in the United States. Do not include any extensions.
