Please take a moment to respond to a survey about how the Library would best serve your needs. Access to the survey is available on the next page or via the website. Print copies will be provided upon request. We would appreciate your feedback. We are delighted to share several important enhancements to the Library’s website and CLEVNET catalog. Our website now hosts software that provides better accessibility for people who would benefit from visual and audio enhancement. When visiting the website (www.sanduskylib. org), click on the link in the lower right corner to enable ReciteMe and explore its features. The catalog has been upgraded by CLEVNET for customization by each member library and individual cardholders. If you need assistance navigating the new catalog, please stop in or call to book a librarian. For families, we added the database Scholastic Teachables, which provides activity sheets for parents and teachers to supplement learning, and the online platform ABCmouse. For adult learners, we added the online resources Peterson’s Test and Career Prep and Udemy, which replaces LinkedIn Learning. The print magazine collection will include 32 new titles. Magazines have been relocated to the lower level to make room for the expanded collection and are now attractively displayed in visible cases thanks to a generous donor. We are pleased to once again host a free tax preparation service on site for low-to-moderate-income individuals, seniors, and those with disabilities provided by VITA/TCE with volunteers from United Way.
