GLOSSARY OF TERMS T. Tattoo/Piercing Establishment. A place, as defined by the Ohio Revised Code or the Ohio Administrative Code, where tattoo or body piercing services are provided. Temporary Sign. A display sign, banner or other advertising device constructed of cloth, canvas, fabric or other light temporary material with or without a structural frame, intended for a limited period of display, including decorative displays for holidays or public demonstrations. Temporary Special Land Use. A temporary use of land for a set amount of time, permitted in conjunction with the display or the display and sales of merchandise, goods, or materials. Temporary Use. A continuous expanse of land. Traditional or Natural Materials. Consists of clay bricks (full or thin set, if thin set, corners must have full brick appearance), stone, cultured stone (samples must be provided), wood or fiber cement board siding. Tree. A large woody plant having one (1) or several self-supporting stems or trunks and numerous branches and which may be deciduous or evergreen. Tree Lawn. A small area, often planted with trees and grass, between a street and the sidewalk of that street. 272
