Introduction Although the menacing cloud of the pandemic is dispersing, a post-covid mental malaise has cast long shadows over our efforts and enthusiasm. We had initially decided to skip this year’s Upahaar publication for that reason. However, we received several good articles from our regular contributors who have placed their trust in this small magazine. We therefore decided to proceed with a scaled down version. We started late and finished late for which we apologize. Please forgive unintended errors which may have crept in due to limited resources this year.
