Mr. Hawkins has been teaching Art here for 20 years, during his career he’ s seen many students use their Art abilities in their own careerssuch as Advertising and Teaching. Mr .Hawkins says Art isn’ tjust limited Painting a masterpiece takes much concentration and a tub full of brushes. to drawing or painting it can include just about anything, decoratingjewlrey, sculpting, advertising, and endless amount of other things. He says Art will help students in their future by giving them the basic knowledge of being able to decorate their own homes, color combinations inclothing, it gives them a way of using thier mind and hands creativly, outside of school and away of relaxing.
