The Hawk Talk staff and editors produce the newspaper about every three weeks for the student body. The advisor for the newspaper this year was Bonnie Benesh and Editor in Chief was Barb Vanourney. Last year the Hawk Talk staff received the Quill and Scroll International First Place Award for distinctive achievements in scholastic journalism. Second semester editors were Renee Pityer, Jim Velky, Pat Dubishar, Deb Batt, Steve Uthoff, Mark Redman, Don Hartman, Editor-in-chief was Terry Harnden.
