Steve placed third in state with that vault. Bruce Hruby also qualified in the low hurdles with an outstanding performance. A sprint relay team also made the trip. The 880 relay team consisted of Randy Hurlbert, Kevin Pidima, Jeff Westrom, and Veotis Tate. 102
