ii. Vision In LUKE 1:59-64 much as the angel of the LORD had appeared to Zacharias in verse 11-20 and muted him, the Bible says this of Elizabeth, “So it was, on the eighth day, that they came to circumcise the child; and they would have called him by the name of his father, Zacharias. His mother answered and said, “No; he shall be called John.” But they said to her, “There is no one among your relatives who is called by this name.” so they made signs to his father—what he would have him called. And he asked for a writing tablet, and wrote, saying, “His name is John.” So they marveled. Immediately his mouth was opened and his tongue loosed, and he spoke, praising God.” All virtuous women carry a distinct kind of vision which I could term as a prophetic mantle which also comes with the clarity of God’s Voice. In other words, it is in them to understand the unsaid and fully comprehend the said. This means that they do not require repetition of a matter because they are quick listeners. Page | 26
