In addition to the above, just like Samson, some men have misused secrets by uttering them out and hence have been deceived into awkward predicaments of life. 19. Self-control issues This plays out in many dimensions, for instance, the inability to control anger, stay humble, or control the tongue. It is further depicted with how one lives their life. 1 CORINTHIANS 13:11 says, “When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; now that I have become a man, I am done with childish ways and have put them aside.” Therefore, at a certain age certain things are not expected of men. 20. Forgetfulness PROVERBS 5:18 says, “Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice in the wife of your youth.” Much as many people truly come from far, some of them are quick to forget where they have come from and who stood with them during the hard and trying times.
