We see that when scripture talks of something being earthly it implies that it was made by the inspiration of man, however there is need to distinguish between Revelation 11:19 and 21:22, in Revelation 11:19 the Bible says, “Then the sanctuary of God in heaven was thrown open, and the ark of His covenant was seen standing inside in His sanctuary; and there were flashes of lightning, loud rumblings (blasts, mutterings), pearls of thunder, an earthquake, and a terrific hailstorm”.
