being raised from the dead dies no more as death has no dominion over Him--so are you, as by His death He died unto sin once, that the life He now lives He lives unto God--so are you. And because of this the Bible tells us in verse 12-13 that you should not let sin reign in your mortal body; this means that since you have dominion over sin, you have the ability and power to reject its dictates, but present and yield yourself unto God, as one alive from the dead and your members as instruments of righteousness.
