Walgreens will offer flu shots for those 65 and older, as well as shingles, COVID-19, Capvaxive and other vaccinations. Flu shots will also be available at the Clubhouse on October 12 and November 9. TRIVIA IN THE BALLROOM Join your neighbors for an evening of fun and the chance to win some cash. Just $1 to play. Maximum of 8 per table. Come with your team or come join an open table. CARDS FOR ALL AGES Join the group to make cards the first Wednesday of each month (September 2) from 2 to 4 pm in the Clubhouse Ballroom. We will make two cards for $5. We welcome beginners to seasoned card makers. Please bring your tool kit, small sharp scissors and adhesive. If you do not have glue or tape runner then we sell for $4 each. Extra cards available for purchase for $2 each. Reservations are required. Celebrate by coloring in the Ballroom at 11 am. Share coloring pages and supplies while meeting new people or bring your own to share with others. CREATE A CARD Create A Card is back. Please join us in the HFC Sports Court on Tuesday, September 15 at 10 am. All materials are provided to create 3 beautiful cards for $12. No experience necessary. MEN’S FRIDAY BIBLE STUDY Join us Friday mornings from 8 am to 9 am in the Clubhouse Card Room for a men’s Bible study. Make new friends and study God’s Word. NEW CLASS — CREATE A FUSED GLASS WALL VASE Wednesday, September 9 from 6 to 8 pm at the Clubhouse Craft Room. Scan to sign up online for $35. This is your opportunity to create a unique vase from glass for hanging on the wall. You can display silk or live plants in this water-tight vessel. Jill will take your creation to her home to fire in her kiln. Projects will be available for pick up in 7 to 10 days. Bring a friend to this fun class! No experience with glass is required for this course. Cost includes all project supplies, use of equipment, kiln firing and art glass.
