Meet in the Clubhouse Ballroom at 8:30 am to pick up trash bags, gloves, safety vests and trash grabbers. Volunteers receive a free t-shirt and Bok Tower ticket each calendar year. The Board is hopeful the budget will be approved at September’s meeting scheduled for September 24, 2024, @ 4:30 in the Card Room at the Clubhouse. All members are welcome to attend. POLITICAL CLIMATE As November approaches, we must remember the importance of upholding our community guidelines by refraining from displaying political signs and flags. These are both important meetings. On September 25, the final vote on the LA II HOA Governing Documents will take place. You should have already received copies of the documents from the management company, Stambaugh, Inc. In addition to the copies of the documents should have a proxy that you need to bring to the meeting to allow you to vote.
