Bring a driver's license with your Lake Ashton address on it, or the warranty deed for your home. The application can be filled out at the Clubhouse Activities Desk or can be found online at lakeashtoncdd.com under ‘Additional District Documents’. GUEST & RENTER REGISTRATION All guests and renters must be registered and have a Facilities Guest Pass to use Clubhouse and HFC Amenities. To register, residents must bring at least one adult guest to the Clubhouse or HFC Activities Desk, and renters must have a copy of their rental agreement. All guests must be in possession of a guest pass while using any of the amenities. This is an opportunity to meet community leaders and other new residents, and get information about the community. New residents can also stop by the Clubhouse or HFC during operating hours to receive a welcome packet, sign up for community-wide emails, and more. SHREDDING EVENT Save the date for a shredding event on November 11 sponsored by the Lake Wales Breakfast Rotary with donations being accepted for Honduras relief. Stop by the Clubhouse Activities Office to put in an application if you are interested in volunteering for any of the following positions at the Clubhouse.
