Some suggest modern western square dancing might be the perfect activity for seniors. It’s proven beneficial for our senior minds and excellent low impact physical movement for senior muscles. Shufflin’ Square invites you join them for a series of ten introductory lessons starting Thursday afternoon October 2 in the ballroom. Ten 90-minute lessons leading to a lifetime of square dancing fun and enjoyment. You’ll actually be dancing in the first lesson, but the other nine will build a vocabulary enabling you to really “get into” the activity. A partner not needed. The cost is $5 per lesson.
