BOLLA By Linda Warden BOLLA has been busy throughout the summer, working hard to get blankets ready for the schools this fall. BOLLA has gained a few new members this year and also have had to say goodbye to some that have moved away. We are looking forward to all our traveling members return to Lake Ashton. LA DEMOCRATIC CLUB By Paul Ritz The Lake Ashton Democratic Club is holding their monthly meeting October 5 in-person only at the HFC. NOTE NEW TIME: Social time with snacks will be from 6 to 6:30 pm. Please bring your own beverage. The in-person General meeting will start at 6:30. GENEALOGY CLUB MEETING By Jane Imparl Come join the group Wednesday, October 11 at 2 pm at the HFC Craft Room to have fun looking for your ancestors with your fellow Lake Ashtonians. At the September meeting, two members reported on their exciting trip to Scotland where they met with a living cousin. What an awesome report!
