LALGA By Beverly Hines LALGA season begins this month. The Opening Day Golf and Luncheon Meeting will be held November 12. The theme is “Odd Socks Day” so everyone is encouraged to wear funny or mismatched socks. Golf format will be a 4-Person Scramble with lunch and the annual business meeting to follow in the Eagles Nest. Deadline for sign-up is Nov 5. At the business meeting, there will be a Share the Wealth raffle to help with league expenses, support our charitable organizations, and to keep membership dues from rising. November is the beginning of the new online registration for LALGA events. Members need to log-in to the LA Living website https://lakeashtonliving.com/ (Register if you don’t already have an account). Go to Community, Golf, then LALGA Golf Registration (Instructions for shortcuts to the page are available). Only current members who have a registered account can sign up via the website. Step-by-step instructions were sent to the LALGA members in October and are also available on LALGA web page.
