LA STEPPERS The popular fitness class from the 90’s is also popular here in Lake Ashton, and will continue this fall on Thursdays, October 6, November 3, and December 1 at 5 pm in the HFC Community Room. Class duration is 1 hour. Prior to class there will be a refresher of basic steps. Participants must bring their own step. There is no charge for this class. CALLING ALL TAPPERS Facilitator: Julie Bombard Tap Jammers is a fun group of tappers who gather weekly to practice steps and combinations. If you tap or have tapped in the past and have knowledge of tap dance, come join the fun! Classes are free. Tap Jammers meet on Friday mornings at 10 am on the Clubhouse stage beginning October 7. LAKE ASHTON MEN’S BIBLE STUDY - KICKOFF You are invited to join the interesting and thought provoking LA Men’s Bible Study Group that meets every Tuesday, with Fellowship from 10 to 10:30 am, and Discussion from 10:30 to noon. The group is nondenominational, with a goal of helping people to grow in understanding the Bible. Meet face-to-face at the HFC Craft Room or via a Zoom connection if you prefer not to meet face-to-face. This fall the group will be starting Romans, generally reading one chapter and discussing questions pertaining to that chapter. There is an open, positive, educational, and voluntary dialogue. You don’t need to be a theologian to join. You’ll find that as you examine your faith, you’ll learn more about God and yourself.
