All submissions may be edited to fit available space and to maintain clarity, readability, and compliance with district communication policies and publication standards. To maintain a cohesive design, resident-created flyers, posters, or custom layouts cannot be published directly, but content may be reformatted or recreated by staff to match newsletter standards. To better manage the growing number of requests, a standardized submission process has been implemented. New guidelines and the required website form help ensure clear, consistent communication in line with district policies.
