The HOA thanks and appreciates all veterans and those currently serving in the US military services. Purchase your bows from LAVA Auxiliary, raise your US and US military flags and show how patriotic and supportive the community is. All of course stay within the guidelines of ARC (two weeks before and two days after). It is also hard to believe that the summer is quickly approaching. The HOA wants to remind all residents that whether you are physically here, traveling or a snowbird, each of us are responsible for the care and upkeep of our homes in Lake Ashton. If you are not sure what that means, contact ARC, look at LA governing documents (CCRs), and/or review the ARC Guidelines. We all love the beauty and tranquility of Lake Ashton, it is each homeowners responsibility to keep Lake Ashton the best 55+ community in Florida. The Lake Wales HOA will continue to enforce the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (Section 5.21) and Architectural Rules.
