CLUBHOUSE BALLROOM ✴Free Virtual Meditation Session: Mondays at 3 pm via Zoom, email yogawinterhaven@gmail.com ✴Chair Yoga: Tuesdays at 9 am. $5/class (payable at class). No equipment is required. ✴ZUMBA is a dance fitness class using Latin, international, and contemporary music. The routines use simple, repetitive dance moves that are easy to follow. Every dance move can be modified for a low or high impact workout for any skill level. ✴ AQUA ZUMBA integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, blending it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
