NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH By Brenda Jackson, NW PR Liaison For Neighbors … By Neighbors Since its inception, Neighborhood Watch continues to evolve from an “extra set of eyes and ears” approach to crime prevention to a solid and sought after community involved infrastructure bringing law enforcement, local officials, and neighbors together with one common goal, to make our cities, towns, and communities safer for everyone. Here in Lake Ashton, we not only address crime prevention, we create an atmosphere that strives to bring pride, unity and quality of life to all of our neighbors. We would like to thank our current group of deputies: Vera Schwartz, Donna Debnar, Robert Roy, Vaughn Platt, David Harrison, Carolyn Bishop, and Jeannie Franklin. Interested in joining the team? If you live in any of the open neighborhoods listed below, we would love to speak to you. Just a little of your time can make a huge impact in our community and provide you the opportunity to get to know and help your neighbors and have fun doing it.
