CLUBS, GROUPS, & ORGANI ZATIONS INFO: It is exciting to see so many residents enjoying the amenities and staff wants to ensure all residents have an equal opportunity to book a room for a new activity or join one of the groups that currently meet at the Clubhouse and HFC. Residents interested in joining a new group should visit the Activities Desk in the building that the group currently meets in to obtain the contact information for the facilitator of the group they are looking to join. When booking a standing reservation, facilitators will need to indicate if prior registration will be required for residents to join the club, group or organization, or if it is open to residents to join without registering with the facilitator. In keeping with the Joint Amenity Facilities Policies, there are no personal “standing” weekly reservations allowed for the Amenity Facilities listed in the reservation policies. Clubs, groups, and organizations may make “standing” reservations. To be considered a club, group or organization the criteria outlined in the Joint Amenity Facilities Policy regarding this subject must be met in its entirety.
