This special flight is an opportunity to honor and thank the Americans who secured our freedom by bringing them to the nation’s capital to see the memorials that commemorate their service. This flight is free for all Veterans and is supported by donations made by community partners, including the Lake Ashton Veterans Association (LAVA). Some of the residents that were on the flight, along with their guardians, can be seen above at a recent Monday Coffee, leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Thank you for your service and all you sacrificed for our country.
