SUMMER LINE DANCING CLASS By Lynda Hadley Good health is not a mystery; you just need to understand a few basic principles of how the body works. Most people know that if you eat large amounts of food you will gain weight. But there is so much more to it, and the good news is that it’s not very hard to understand. Allow me to help you learn how the body works, and what it needs to achieve good health. I will share important information each month so that you can experience your best life! My name is Lynda, and I have spent the last 20 plus years learning about the amazing human body and how what we eat and how we live impacts our health. It is my pleasure to share this useful information with you so that we can all enjoy this paradise we call Lake Ashton! 36 Instructor: Lorrrie Shearin Class will be held every Thursday at the HFC through September 28. 1 pm Beginner Class: Everyone is welcome, no experience needed. Dances will be easy and fun, dances used at River Ranch will be taught. 2 pm Improver Class: Dances will have tags, restarts, turns, and maybe faster. Some experience may help, but everyone can try and learn new dances that may seem more advanced. Sometimes they are easier than they look. Note: Wear shoes you can dance in! No flip flops or Crocs.
