ROOM RESERVATIONS Recurring group reservation renewals for 2024 will not take place until October 2023. To ensure this process runs smoothly when the time comes, please email contact information for the current facilitator including name, activity name, phone number, and email address to smoreland@lakeashtoncdd.com. If your club, group, or organization has elected officers, please include the names of all officers. Any questions, please contact Sheila at the Club Office. GOOD NEIGHBOR INITIATIVE Lake Ashton Residents are always commenting on how wonderful it is to live in Lake Ashton because of the people that live here. Staff could not agree more! Recently residents may have noticed a bulletin board in the Clubhouse Foyer a question posted on it: ”What is a Good Neighbor?". We received over 20 answers to this question. In an effort to highlight some of the exceptional residents in Lake Ashton, staff would like to encourage residents to complete the forms located in the Foyer each time they notice a resident doing something neighborly. They may have brought a newsletter to someone that can't get out of their house, cooked a meal for someone having health issues, helped another during the loss of a loved one, helped a neighbor while they were away, or just exemplify what being "Simply the Best" means to you. Each month staff will choose a "Good Neighbor" and they will receive a gift and will be highlighted in the newsletter. Winer Haen 1104A Cypr d SE (Lampligh a) 13 DOGS AT THE AMENITY FACI L ITIES Per the Joint Amenity Facilities Policy, dogs and all other pets (with the exception of service dogs as defined by the ADA) are not permitted at the Amenity Facilities. This includes the Restaurant Patio and other outdoor amenities. If you are planning on coming to the Clubhouse or HFC for any reason please keep this policy in mind. If a service dog is in the Clubhouse or Health and Fitness Center (HFC) without a vest on, Security or Staff will assume it is a pet and will inform you of this policy, so please be patient as they are simply following protocol. The Amenity Policy also states that patrons are responsible for picking up after all pets and disposing of any waste in a designated pet waste receptacle or an outdoor trash bin as a courtesy to residents. Please keep this in mind when walking your dog around the amenities.
