I look forward to working with each of you. Hopefully, with more resident involvement coming up with new Ideas for events, more of our neighbors will participate in HFC activities. We will also be working with Christine and her Staff on Camp Lake Ashton, in August of 2023, along with other events at the HFC and the Clubhouse. Congratulations to Karen VanKirk on her promotion to Maintenance Supervisor, and a warm welcome back to Chuck Yeager as Maintenance Assistant, to the HFC Team. I have worked with both Karen and Chuck and am sure they will do a great job as they are very knowledgeable and capable of keeping the HFC in tip-top shape. Speaking of which, we have replaced some equipment in the HFC Gym, installing one new treadmill, and two new ellipticals. Staff has also re-grouted the HFC showers. We wish all our Snowbirds safe travels, and look forward to their return. Whether traveling or remaining here in Lake Ashton, a safe, healthy and happy summer to all! 10
