The Polk County Library Cooperative Bookmobile has returned and will be parked at the Clubhouse West Parking Lot on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (closed for lunch 12:30 to 1:15). The Lake Ashton Purple Stars, affiliated with the American Cancer Society, will benefit from the sale of the badges. Fill out the form, attach your check payable to the LA Purple Stars, and return to either Activities Desk. Cost for the badges is $15 each and you have a choice of magnetic or pin attachment. Wearing a name badge helps us to remember the names of new and long-time residents alike.
