After reading please be sure to leave the newspapers in the Media Center for all to enjoy. DVDs are also available for residents to check out. The honor system is used for all check-outs so please be sure to return to the cart located near the closet door so other residents can enjoy them. Thank you to the volunteers that keep the Media Center neat and organized. This is an amenity that is used by many residents and the hard work of the volunteers is greatly appreciated. Please stop by the Clubhouse or email smoreland@lakeashtoncdd.com to let Sheila know if your group will be going on summer hiatus, as well as the resume date in the fall. NEW DESIGNATED SMOKING/VAPING AREA The Board of Supervisors voted to make the patio just outside of the Ballroom the designated smoking/vaping area at the Clubhouse for residents. The designated smoking area for employees is by the dumpster at the Clubhouse. Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted in any other area surrounding the Clubhouse including the Pet Play Park, Bocce Ball Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, Tennis Courts and Pavilion. Residents that see others smoking outside of the designated smoking areas should contact security at 863-324-7290.
