As summer continues residents benefit from a range of exercise programs and social opportunities designed to promote connection, comfort, and overall well-being. As always, let us continue to lead with kindness in both word and action, showing patience, understanding, and consideration for one another in our daily interactions. By offering a warm greeting, lending a helping hand, and treating our neighbors with respect and compassion, we help create a community that is welcoming, supportive, and uplifting for all who call Lake Ashton home. These simple yet meaningful gestures strengthen our connections, enrich our shared experiences, and make our neighborhood not only a beautiful place to live, but also a place where people call home. Please mark your calendar for the Lake Ashton II Community Development District (LA II CDD) meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Community Center. This meeting is a valuable opportunity to stay informed about district matters, participate in discussions, and connect with fellow residents. Your involvement helps support the continued growth and well-being of the Lake Ashton community. If you are unable to attend in person you may wish to attend via ZOOM. We invite you to join us for a night of musical entertainment by Big Time Jukebox, on August 14 at from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the HFC. Admission is $10 and you can also reserve a table at the HFC’s activity desk. The popular food truck “Feast of Nutley’s Pizza Truck & NY Style Hot Dogs” will be on site for your convenience as well. We want to thank all our Lake Ashton residents who participated in Lake Ashton’s 4th of July 250th USA Anniversary celebration. No matter if you were a Golf Cart parade participant or spectator or attended a fun activity like the Patriotic Puppy Parade or introduction to Pickleball, or if you dropped by to grab lunch at one of the many Food Trucks offering a variety of food, we thank you for taking part in this momentous event. Thank you also to Lake Ashton’s resident veterans and first responders for participating in the Display boards allowing us to honor and thank “you” for your service. It appears many residents have enjoyed looking at photos of their friends and neighbors and learning a little bit more about one another. This indeed was a labor of love, putting this display together for you. Our residents of Lake Ashton, we value you and appreciate your positive contribution to the community. 10
