SECURITY TRANSITION UPDATE Clubhouse and HFC staff are gearing up to start distribution of RFID tags and Amenity Access Cards on September 10. Residents will come to the Clubhouse (Lake Wales residents) or HFC (Winter Haven residents) to receive their RFID tags for registered vehicles. All residents will come to the Clubhouse to have their picture taken and receive their Clubhouse Amenity Access Card. To distribute the workload, staff will be calling residents in by street, with make up days at various times throughout the process. RVs will be handled towards the end of distribution with a week dedicated to having RV owners come in to receive RFID tags. It is important for all residents to know that this process is going to take time to complete. In the meantime both systems will be working simultaneously to allow ample time for residents to be registered without losing access to entering the community via the “residents only” entrances. At this time residents should ensure they are signed up to receive email blasts. Residents should visit either Activities Office if they need help signing up. Copies of email blasts will be printed out and available for pickup at the Media Center and both Activities Offices for those that do not have email.
