If you have not yet submitted this important required information please do so or reach out to admin@lakeashtonhoa.org for assistance. RENTAL POLICY Did you know we have a rental policy? Here is the policy for you in case you are not aware so that you can take steps to become compliant: Owners of Lake Ashton Golf Club properties in Lake Wales offered for rent must notify the HOA office of each rental contract by mail or email no later than 48 hours after the effective rental start date. Owners shall certify in writing that those residing in the rented property comply with the Master Declarations that at least one person residing in the rental property shall be 55 years of age or older, and the age of all the other persons residing in the rental property shall be 40 years of age or older. The minimum allowed rental duration shall be one month. ‘CDD Guest Passes’ are required to use all amenities. Persons residing in a rental property may register at the Clubhouse to obtain ‘CDD Guest Passes.’ Failure to comply with any of these provisions shall constitute a violation and the owners will be subject to administrative fines and legal processes to correct the violation. Please refer to the Joint Amenity Facilities Policies on lakeashtoncdd.com for more information on renters/leaseholders receiving CDD guest passes. During the hot summer months, contractors are in a hurry to beat the heat and mow homes that border ponds with less caution. When grass clippings are added to a pond, the nitrogen levels rise, increasing the likelihood of algae blooming. Please remind lawn care contractors to mow with the chute closed or in a direction that does not blow clippings into the pond. If you have any questions about aquatic maintenance in Lake Wales ponds, please email Operations Manager Matt Fisher at mfisher@lakeashtoncdd.com.
