NEW GUIDELINES AND SUBMISSION PROCESS FOR ARTICLES & EMAIL BLASTS As community participation continues to grow, we want to thank all residents, clubs, and organizations who used the new newsletter submission process this month. We hope the new system was simple and easy to use, and we truly appreciate your cooperation in helping make the process smoother and more organized for everyone. The updated submission guidelines and website forms were created to ensure fairness, consistency, and accuracy as more residents contribute content for the newsletter and request community email announcements. All newsletter submissions continue to be edited as needed to fit available space and to maintain clarity, consistency, and compliance with district communication policies. To maintain a cohesive publication design, residentcreated layouts such as PowerPoint slides, posters, flyers, or custom artwork cannot be published directly, but the information may be converted into 17 a standard article format or recreated by staff to match newsletter design standards. Website forms are now the required method for submitting newsletter articles and requesting email blasts, and revised guidelines outlining word limits, formatting, deadlines, and content requirements are available online.
