These three trailblazers leveraged and subverted the gendered expectations of their era to make advancements in the 20th-century film industry that continue to inspire contemporary efforts to achieve gender equality. Located in the Grand Hall at the Cobourg Community Centre, the goal of the Sports Hall of Fame is to preserve the rich legacy of sport found within the Town of Cobourg, Alderville First Nation, and the Townships of AlnwickHaldimand, Cramahe and Hamilton.
