What better example can we provide other than our own journey in transformation? CARICAD responded to the COVID-19 crisis with alacrity, agility and creative thinking. We made the redevelopment of our website a priority. That enabled us to move towards greater digital engagement. We made our Horizon newsletter more comprehensive and informative. We were among the first to produce a template for a COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan. We at CARICAD have transformed the way we do business to meet all of the needs of our various stakeholders. This edition of the Horizon provides some insight into some stories of transformation and highlights some of the challenges faced by the “new normal”.
