Animal Control Officer Kevin Alkins is urging all pet “parents” in Malden and from surrounding communities to take advantage of the return of the Rabies Clinic. The clinic was postponed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic but is now “back in business” for the third year in a row, according to Alkins.
