Elliot was the son of the late Harold and Lillian Honig and was born in the Bronx, NY. He graduated from William Howard Taft High School, North Suburban Consortium 5-Year (2025-2029) Consolidated Plan Community Survey The City of Malden is the lead member of the North Suburban Consortium (NSC), a group of eight contiguous cities and towns that collectively receive federal HOME funds for housing and community development. The members include Arlington, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Revere and Winthrop. Every five years, the NSC develops a Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) to identify economic, housing, and community development needs for residents living in the eight communities. The NSC is currently seeking feedback from residents and stakeholders and created this survey to hear what is most important to you. Thomas was a veteran in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era and a proud member of the local DAV chapter. He worked as a bread distributor and was a very handy person with a doit-yourself attitude. Thomas loved boating, fi shing, and going to the lake house in New Hampshire, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. Thomas was the beloved husband of Rita A. (Bellino) Armstrong. He was the loving father of Shawn Armstrong and his wife Keri of Reading and the late Cheryl Votour and her surviving husband Doug of Reading. Thomas was the dear brother of Marie Sotiros, Kay Marcotti, Patricia Sutherland, Richie and George Armstrong and the late Jack, Frank and Jimmy Armstrong, Dolly Kowacich, Charlie Abel, Lucille Ventura, Betty Armstrong, and brother in-law of Susanne Hughes and her late husband George.
