And how can you be a part of it? Come to UMA’s annual meeting and celebration at Faces Brewing Co. on Wednesday, September 28 from 6–9 p.m. and fi nd out! The evening will kick off at Faces, the lively and popular brewery in downtown Malden that is hosting and sponsoring this event. At 6:30 p.m. the UMA Board of Directors will provide updates of their activities; a short highlights video will be screened; and UMA’s new executive director, Tina LeGarde, will articulate a vision for the future of UMA, with an emphasis on the off erings for the coming year. At 7 p.m. enjoy music with DJ Nomadik of Soulkore Productions and the opportunity to request songs, meet new folks, interact with UMA’s staff and Board and dance the night away!
