They were all awarded their high school diplomas as a large audience of family and friends cheered and congratulated them. The traditional Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony was held on June 7 at Macdonald Stadium with 458 diplomas conferred. Also in attendance at Summer Graduation 2026 were Malden School Committee members Jennifer Spadafora (Ward Three) and Elizabeth Hortie (Ward Five). Special acknowledgement and thanks were announced for Emily Floyd, MHS Title I Coach, who served as MHS Summer School Program Coordinator for the first time this summer, as well as a number of Malden Public Schools educators who served on the Summer School teaching staff. **** Twenty Class of 2026 members are new Malden High graduates.
