The project is being sponsored by Malden City Council President and Ward 7 Councillor Neal Anderson and Councillor-at-Large Stephen Winslow. The Master Plan, which will be discussed at next week’s meeting, includes the creation of a travel zone/greenway along Willow Street (where both parks are located) to link Lincoln Commons and Tartikoff and Kierstead Parks with the Northern Strand Community Trail/bike path.
