Page 20 PROGRAM | FROM PAGE 4 few and far between. Charter schools and private schools are winning when it comes to challenging our kids; public schools must fi nd a solution. Whether our public school children need help achieving grade level, learning with disabilities, learning fluent English, or fi nding challenge beyond what their current grade instruction can provide, Malden Public Schools must offer appropriately diff erentiated learning opportunities for all students. Let’s make sure there’s accountability in the school district to oversee the program and unpause it immediately so we can enroll those who have missed out over the past two years. Once the program is up and running again, let’s do the work to ensure the program employs best practices from other states and is accessible across the city. If we continue to do nothing, what remains of this critical program will be lost. We owe our high-achieving current and future students this chance to receive the support they require. For many Malden children, past and present, the AEAP program is exactly what they need to realize their true potential. Without it, many never will. ~ LEGAL NOTICE ~ COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS THE TRIAL COURT PROBATE AND FAMILY COURT Middlesex Probate and Family Court 10-U Commerce Way Woburn, MA 01801 (781) 865-4000 Docket No. MI21P6553EA Estate of: Lorene Harling Date of Death: 05/15/2021 CITATION ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION To all interested persons: A Petition for Formal Probate of Will with Appointment of Personal Representative has been filed by Arlene Sano of Cambridge, MA requesting that the Court enter a formal Decree and Order and for such other relief as requested in the Petition.
