Page 12 THE EVERETT ADVOCATE – FRiDAy, JunE 23, 2023 2023 Frank Mastrocola Kiwanis Ersilia Cup Bocce Tournament To benefi t the Ersilia Cataldo Matarazzo Memorial Fund By Th e Advocate O n Saturday, June 10th teams turned out at the , 16 Sons of Italy in Methuen, MA to participate in the Everett Kiwanis Club’s annual Frank Mastrocola Memorial Bocce Tournament for the Ersilia Cup which raised over $20,000 for scholarships benefi tting Everett students. This year’s winner were the players from the Malden IACC, led by the talented John Burley. Coming in second place was the team, 3 B’s & a G, from Methuen. Special thanks to Mr. Burley for donating back the $1,000 grand prize to the Kiwanis Club. Everett Kiwanian Frank Mastrocola won the book of Mass. Lottery scratch tickets and handed out everyone present.
